ANALISIS KERENTANAN KEAMANAN WEBSITE IPDN MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT

HIDAYAT, ASEP DANI SAEFUL - Personal Name;

yaitu Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES), OWASP Web Security
Testing Guide (WSTG) v4.2, dan NIST Special Publication 800-115. Pengujian

Kedua website
optimal.

ABSTRACT

Digital transformation has driven the use of websites as an information and service
medium, including at the Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN) through
https://ipdn.ac.id and https://ejournal.ipdn.ac.id. Rising cyber threats in Indonesia
require periodic security evaluation of information systems. This study analyzes the
security vulnerabilities of both websites using a Vulnerability Assessment approach
integrating three frameworks: the Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES),
the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) v4.2, and NIST Special
Publication 800-115. Testing was conducted using black box testing with tools such
as Nmap, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, sqlmap, dirsearch, and shcheck, based on

parameters WSTG-INPV-05, WSTG-CONF-12, WSTG-CONF-04, and WSTG-
CONF-07. Results show that ipdn.ac.id has a critical SQL Injection vulnerability

in its search form, while ejournal.ipdn.ac.id has directory listing exposure and
Content Security Policy (CSP) misconfiguration. Both websites also show
suboptimal implementation of security headers (CSP and HSTS).
