LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM MONITORING SENSOR IoT BERBASIS ARSITEKTUR DUAL PUBLISH–SUBSCRIBE DENGAN PENGAMANAN DATA MENGGUNAKAN ENKRIPSI AES-256-GCM
ABSTRAK
Pesatnya perkembangan Internet of Things (IoT) menghasilkan volume data
real-time. Tantangan utamanya meliputi keamanan data, latensi rendah,
scalable.

ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has generated large volumes of
sensor data that must be collected, processed, and distributed in real-time. Key
challenges include data security, low latency, scalability, and data path isolation.
This research aims to build a secure IoT data ingestion platform using a Double
Pub/Sub architecture with AES-256-GCM encryption at the application layer and
real-time distribution via MQTT. The platform uses Clean Architecture with Go
and the Fiber framework. Sensor data is encrypted in base64(nonce + ciphertext
+ tag) format and sent to the MQTT broker (Eclipse Mosquitto) on the
iot/data/{device_id} topic. The backend decrypts, parses JSON, and stores data
asynchronously in MongoDB and Redis. The system also provides
HMAC-SHA256 webhooks and REST APIs. The backend and MQTT broker run
on a VPS (Biznet GIO) in Docker, while the simulator runs locally. Test results
show the system processes 10–100 devices with an average processing time of
150–500 μs per message and has operated in production for 12+ hours without
restart. The Double Pub/Sub architecture with AES-256-GCM is effective for
building a secure, fast, and scalable IoT platform.
