RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI CHATBOT BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI FLUTTER DAN INTEGRASI GEMINI

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala efisiensi dalam layanan informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) melalui pengembangan aplikasi chatbot berbasis Android. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah penumpukan pertanyaan repetitif yang menghambat produktivitas staf SDM dan memperlambat waktu respons bagi karyawan. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah integrasi teknologi Flutter untuk antarmuka pengguna, Dialogflow untuk menangani informasi statis, dan Gemini AI untuk memproses informasi dinamis serta memberikan respons yang lebih natural dan kontekstual. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan sistem dan pengujian kualitas berdasarkan standar ISO 9126. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Gemini AI berhasil meningkatkan kualitas interaksi chatbot, memungkinkan sistem untuk memberikan jawaban yang lebih relevan dibandingkan sistem konvensional. Pengujian akhir menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini masuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak digunakan, memberikan efisiensi waktu baik bagi karyawan sebagai pengguna maupun staf SDM dalam mengelola pusat bantuan.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to address efficiency constraints in Human Resources (HR) information services through the development of an Android-based chatbot application. The primary problem identified is the accumulation of repetitive inquiries that hinder HR staff productivity and delay response times for employees. The proposed solution involves integrating Flutter technology for the user interface, Dialogflow for handling static information, and Gemini AI to process dynamic information and provide more natural and contextual responses. The development method includes system requirements analysis and quality testing based on the ISO 9126 standard. The results indicate that the integration of Gemini AI successfully enhanced the quality of chatbot interactions, enabling the system to provide more relevant answers compared to conventional systems. Final testing shows that the application falls into the feasible category, providing time efficiency for both employees as users and HR staff in managing the help center.
