ABSTRAK

RW 01 Cikudapateuh Dalam masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam proses pendataan penduduk, seperti pencatatan manual melalui buku atau spreadsheet, yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pembaruan dan ketidaksesuaian data antara RT dan RW. Kondisi ini menjadi tantangan dalam menjaga akurasi serta efisiensi pengelolaan data kependudukan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi pendataan penduduk berbasis Android yang dibangun untuk mempermudah pengurus RT dalam melakukan input dan pembaruan data, serta memungkinkan RW mengakses data dari seluruh RT secara real-time. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi sistem secara cepat dan iteratif. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem, serta User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik, dengan rata-rata nilai pengujian aspek Functionality, Reliability, Usability, dan Efficiency sebesar 86,6% dalam kategori “Sangat Setuju”. Aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dalam mendukung digitalisasi administrasi kependudukan, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pengurus RT dan RW, serta mempercepat proses penyesuaian dan pembaruan data secara akurat dan terintegrasi.

ABSTRACT

RW 01 Cikudapateuh Dalam still uses conventional methods for population data collection, such as manual recording through books or spreadsheets. This results in delayed updates and discrepancies in data between the RT (Neighborhood Units) and RW (Community Units). This situation poses challenges in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of population data management. To address this issue, an Android-based population data application was designed and developed to facilitate Neighborhood Units officials in inputting and updating data, while allowing the Community Units to access data from all Neighborhood Units in real-time. The application development used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which involves stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and iterative system evaluation. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to assess system functionality, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate user satisfaction levels. The test results showed that the application operates according to user needs and demonstrates excellent quality, with an average score of 86.6% in aspects of Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency, categorized as "Strongly Agree". This application is considered effective in supporting the digitalization of population administration, improving the efficiency of Neighborhood Units and Community Units officials, and accelerating the process of accurate and integrated data updates.
