ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi promosi melalui Instagram dengan menggunakan influencer dan tanpa influencer terhadap penjualan Restoran Haji Wong. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, serta dilengkapi dengan data kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan visualisasi dengan dashboard. Data penelitian berupa laporan penjualan bulanan selama 10 bulan dan aktivitas promosi di Instagram resmi restoran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi, baik menggunakan influencer maupun tanpa influencer, tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor lain di luar promosi Instagram, seperti kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, serta strategi pemasaran offline, lebih berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Meskipun demikian, promosi melalui influencer terbukti memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan eksposur dan pertumbuhan pengikut akun Instagram restoran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner dalam merancang strategi promosi digital yang lebih efektif.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of Instagram promotion strategies using influencers and without influencers on the sales performance of Haji Wong Restaurant. A quantitative approach was employed through simple and multiple linear regression analysis, complemented by qualitative data obtained from interviews, observations, documentation, and data visualization using a dashboard. The research data consisted of monthly sales reports over a 10-month period and promotional activities on the restaurant’s official Instagram account. The results indicate that both influencer-based and non-influencer promotion strategies have no significant impact on sales. These findings suggest that other factors beyond Instagram promotion, such as product quality, pricing, location, and offline marketing strategies, play a more substantial role in driving sales. Nevertheless, influencer promotion was found to contribute to increasing exposure and follower growth on the restaurant’s Instagram account. This study is expected to serve as a useful reference for culinary business owners in designing more effective digital promotion strategies
