ABSTRAK

Apotek Cijawura masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan inventori obat, termasuk pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta pelaporan stok. Sistem manual ini menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan seperti keterlambatan pengadaan, kesalahan pencatatan, serta ketidaksesuaian data laporan yang berdampak pada terganggunya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem manajemen inventori berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang diusulkan memiliki fitur pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar secara otomatis, pemantauan stok secara real-time, notifikasi stok menipis dan kedaluwarsa, serta penyajian laporan transaksi dalam format PDF. Selain itu, sistem memungkinkan konversi satuan obat yang fleksibel agar sesuai dengan kondisi aktual. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan memberikan kemudahan bagi staf apotek dalam mengelola data inventori. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Apotek Cijawura dapat meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat pelaporan, serta meningkatkan pengendalian stok. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi ini mampu menggantikan sistem manual yang kurang efisien dan berisiko terhadap kehilangan data.

ABSTRACT

Cijawura Pharmacy still relies on a manual inventory system for managing incoming and outgoing drugs as well as stock reporting. This manual approach causes several issues, including procurement delays, recording errors, and data inconsistencies that disrupt operations. This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory management information system to improve data recording efficiency and accuracy. The system was developed using the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The proposed system includes features such as automatic recording of stock entries and exits, real-time stock monitoring, low stock and expiration alerts, and transaction reports in PDF format. In addition, the system supports flexible unit conversions to match real-world packaging. System testing results show that all features function as expected and ease the workload of pharmacy staff in managing inventory data. With this system, Cijawura Pharmacy can reduce data entry errors, accelerate report generation, and enhance stock control. In conclusion, this information system effectively replaces the inefficient manual method and reduces the risk of data loss or inconsistencies in daily operations.
