IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI ORPHANAGE SEEKER (O-SEEK) BERBASIS WEBSITE

ABSTRAK

Informasi mengenai keberadaan dan kondisi panti asuhan sering kali sulit diakses, karena kurangnya platform terintegrasi menyebabkan pencarian panti asuhan menjadi tidak efisien dan tidak terarah. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan pembangunan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat menampilkan data panti asuhan secara interaktif dan informatif. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan kerangka Laravel untuk pengelolaan data serta Leaflet.js sebagai alat visualisasi peta lokasi panti. Sistem ini mengikuti metode R&D (Penelitian dan Pengembangan), dimulai pendekatan sistematis untuk menghasilkan produk baru atau menyempurnakan produk yang sudah ada. Data panti asuhan yang ditampilkan meliputi nama panti, yayasan pengelola, jumlah penghuni, alamat, kontak, jam operasional, nomor rekening panti asuhan, serta koordinat lokasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan informasi panti asuhan secara lengkap dan memudahkan pengguna dalam pencarian melalui fitur peta dan filter wilayah. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah akses informasi terkait lokasi panti asuhan secara tepat dan akurat.

ABSTRACT

Information regarding the existence and condition of orphanages is often difficult to access, due to the lack of an integrated platform, making searches for orphanages inefficient and unfocused. To address this issue, this study proposes the development of a web-based information system that can display orphanage data interactively and informatively. This system is designed using the Laravel framework for data management and Leaflet.js as a tool for visualizing orphanage location maps. This system follows the R&D (Research and Development) method, starting with a systematic approach to producing new products or improving existing ones. The orphanage data displayed includes the name of the orphanage, the managing foundation, the number of residents, address, contact information, operating hours, the orphanage account number, and location coordinates. Test results show that the system is able to display complete orphanage information and facilitate users in searching through the map feature and area filters. With this system, it is hoped that it will facilitate access to information regarding orphanage locations precisely and accurately.
