MONITORING LUMBUNG PADI SECARA REAL-TIME BERBASIS IOT MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES

ABSTRAK

Padi adalah tumbuhan biji-bijian yang merupakan salah satu makanan pokok khusunya bagi rakyat Indonesia. Salah satu tahapan padi yang paling penting adalah penyimpanan padi dalam lumbung padi, penyimpanan ini dilakukan setelah padi dipanen oleh petani, perubahan suhu, kelembaban dan kadar air di lumbung padi dapat mempengaruhi kualitas padi.

Untuk membantu tugas para petani dibuatlah sistem yang digunakan untuk memantau suhu, kelembaban dan kadar air di lumbung padi. agar para petani tidak harus datang ke lumbung sistem ini dibangun dengan ESP8266 dan dua sensor yaitu DHT-11 dan Sensor Capasitive Soil Moisture. Sistem terhubung ke wifi untuk mendapatkan akses internet dan terhubung ke platfrom blynk sebagai media untuk menampilkan data dari jarak jauh. Selain itu data memantauan bisa dilihat pada monitor kecil yang tersedia di kotak sistem

Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan eksperimental, dengan tahapan meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan selama tujuh hari untuk mengevaluasi akurasi dan efektivitas sistem. Data hasil monitoring selama tujuh hari diuji menggunakan metode naïve bayes untuk mengetahui akurasi, presisi, recall dan f1 score. Dan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan data monitoring secara real-time dengan tingkat keakuratan yang cukup baik yaitu 84%, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi petani dalam memantau kondisi lumbung padi dari jarak jauh.

ABSTRACT

Rice is a cereal crop that serves as a staple food, especially for the people of Indonesia. One of the most crucial post-harvest stages of rice is storage in a rice barn. This storage process is carried out by farmers after harvesting, and fluctuations in temperature, humidity, and moisture levels inside the rice barn can significantly affect the quality of the rice.

To assist farmers in monitoring these environmental factors, a system was developed to monitor temperature, humidity, and moisture levels in rice barns. So that farmers do not need to be physically present at the storage location, this system is built using an ESP8266 microcontroller and two sensors: a DHT11 for temperature and humidity, and a Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor for moisture levels. The system is connected to Wi-Fi to access the internet and integrated with the Blynk platform to display data remotely. Additionally, real-time monitoring data can also be viewed on a small display attached to the system box.

This system was developed using the experimental development method, which consists of several stages: literature study, data collection, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Testing was conducted over seven days to evaluate the system’s accuracy and effectiveness. The collected monitoring data were evaluated using the Naïve Bayes method to measure accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The test results indicate that the system can effectively display real-time monitoring data with a satisfactory level 84% accuracy, and offers convenience for farmers in remotely monitoring rice barn conditions.
