ABSTRAK

Proses validasi penginputan data pemasangan material tower di PT. Nexwave sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual dan terpisah dari berbagai aplikasi, sehingga menimbulkan kendala efisiensi, akurasi, dan potensi kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi digital berbasis website yang dapat mengintegrasikan data seperti kode DUID, kode proyek, dan dokumentasi foto ke dalam satu platform terpusat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dan basis data MySQL serta diuji melalui metode Black Box untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses validasi, memudahkan akses data oleh pengguna (teknisi, admin, dan keuangan), serta mendukung pelaporan yang terdokumentasi secara digital. Antarmuka sistem dirancang agar mudah digunakan, dan fitur yang tersedia telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tiap peran pengguna. Sistem juga telah diuji dan berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesalahan fungsional.

ABSTRACT

The validation process of data input for tower material installation at PT. Nexwave was previously conducted manually and separately through various applications, leading to issues in efficiency, accuracy, and potential recording errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based digital information system capable of integrating data such as DUID codes, project codes, and photo documentation into a centralized platform. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using PHP and a MySQL database and was tested using the Black Box method to ensure compliance with functional requirements. The results show that the developed information system improves efficiency and accuracy in the validation process, facilitates data access for users (technicians, administrators, and finance personnel), and supports digitally documented reporting. The system interface is designed to be user-friendly, and its features are tailored to the specific needs of each user role. The system has been tested and runs properly without functional errors.
