INTEGRASI STASIUN PENGISIAN KENDARAAN LISTRIK UMUM DENGAN WEBSITE SINGLE GATEWAY UNTUK MENDUKUNG NET ZERO EMMISION

ABSTRAK

Perkembangan kendaraan listrik di Indonesia semakin pesat seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan energi ramah lingkungan dan pengurangan emisi karbon. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah kurangnya informasi real-time mengenai Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem berbasis website Single Gateway yang dapat menampilkan status penggunaan SPKLU secara real-time serta membantu pengguna menemukan lokasi SPKLU terdekat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, analisis sistem, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Sistem yang dibangun terintegrasi dengan data SPKLU nasional dan mampu menyajikan beberapa parameter penting. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) status ketersediaan SPKLU dapat ditampilkan dengan baik melalui menu detail stasiun; (2) deviasi pada fitur pencarian lokasi berkisar 10–100 meter; (3) konsumsi listrik SPKLU bulan Juni tercatat 3.548.943,928 kWh; (4) emisi karbon bulan Juni mencapai 2.748.262,774 kgCO₂eq; (5) margin of error status konektor sekitar 10%; (6) rata-rata durasi penggunaan SPKLU adalah 2 jam 14 menit 44 detik; dan (7) estimasi biaya operasional dapat dihitung langsung oleh pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendorong adopsi kendaraan listrik melalui penyediaan data yang lebih transparan dan mudah diakses.

ABSTRACT

The development of electric vehicles in Indonesia has been accelerating in line with increasing awareness of environmentally friendly energy and carbon emission reduction. One of the main challenges is the lack of real-time information regarding Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU). This study aims to develop a web-based system, the Single Gateway, that can display the real-time usage status of SPKLU and help users locate the nearest station based on their current location. This research adopts methods including literature review, system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system integrates national SPKLU data and provides access to several key operational parameters. The results show: (1) SPKLU availability status can be displayed through the station detail menu; (2) location search accuracy is relatively high, with a deviation range of 10–100 meters; (3) electricity consumption in June reached 3,548,943.928 kWh; (4) carbon emissions for June totaled 2,748,262.774 kgCO₂eq; (5) the margin of error for connector status is around 10%; (6) the average SPKLU usage duration is 2 hours 14 minutes 44 seconds; and (7) users can estimate operational costs based on the displayed price per kWh and service fees. This system is expected to encourage broader adoption of electric vehicles by providing transparent and accessible SPKLU information.
