RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM RENTAL SEPEDA LISTRIK DENGAN TEKNOLOGI GPS TRACKER DAN SHOCK ANOMALI DETECTION

ABSTRAK

Sistem rental sepeda listrik konvensional rentan terhadap risiko pencurian dan kerusakan aset akibat minimnya pengawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem keamanan dan monitoring berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan teknologi pelacakan lokasi real-time menggunakan GPS dan deteksi anomali guncangan menggunakan sensor akselerometer ADXL345. Data dari perangkat IoT dikirimkan melalui protokol MQTT ke server cloud dan diakses oleh admin melalui aplikasi mobile yang dikembangkan dengan framework Flutter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Prototyping. Hasil pengujian fungsional menunjukkan seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai rancangan. Algoritma Moving Average Anomaly Detection terbukti efektif meminimalkan alarm palsu. Namun, pengujian Kualitas Layanan (QoS) mengungkap adanya trade-off krusial: penggunaan protokol MQTT QoS 1 berhasil mencapai integritas data sempurna (0% packet loss), tetapi mengorbankan konsistensi waktu-nyata. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai jitter jaringan yang diklasifikasikan 'Buruk' dengan lonjakan penundaan hingga 9,7 detik. Akurasi modul GPS juga menjadi tantangan signifikan di lingkungan urban, dengan deviasi yang seringkali melampaui batas toleransi 10 meter. Hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 72, memvalidasi sistem sebagai prototipe yang fungsional dan dapat diterima pengguna, di mana implementasi skala penuhnya bergantung pada peningkatan keandalan jaringan dan akurasi perangkat keras.

ABSTRACT

Conventional electric bicycle rental systems are susceptible to risks of theft and asset damage due to inadequate supervision. This research aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT)-based security and monitoring system to address these issues. The system integrates real-time location tracking technology using GPS and shock anomaly detection using an ADXL345 accelerometer sensor. Data from the IoT device is transmitted via the MQTT protocol to a cloud server and is accessible to an administrator through a mobile application developed with the Flutter framework. The research method employed is the Prototyping model. Functional testing results show that all system features perform as designed. The Moving Average Anomaly Detection algorithm proved effective in minimizing false alarms. However, Quality of Service (QoS) testing revealed a critical trade-off: the use of MQTT QoS level 1 achieved perfect data integrity (0% packet loss) at the cost of real-time consistency. This was evidenced by a 'Poor' network jitter classification, with delay spikes of up to 9.7 seconds. GPS module accuracy also posed a significant challenge in urban environments, with deviations frequently exceeding the 10-meter tolerance limit. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method achieved an average score of 72, validating the system as a functional and user-acceptable prototype, of which a full-scale implementation is contingent upon enhancing network reliability and hardware accuracy.
