ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya sistem yang mampu mendukung proses perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan evaluasi event secara menyeluruh di PT. Sindigilive Teknologi Kreatif, serta kesulitan perusahaan dalam mengelola data pelanggan dan menganalisis umpan balik untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi manajemen customer event yang dapat mendukung seluruh tahapan penyelenggaraan event secara terintegrasi, sekaligus menyediakan fitur pengelolaan data pelanggan dengan kemampuan analisis umpan balik secara sistematis untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan metrik CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile Software Development dengan pendekatan Scrum. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan sebesar 85,5% dari pihak penyelenggara dan 82,0% dari participants, yang keduanya termasuk kategori sangat kuat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem yang dibangun berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dalam mengelola event dan data pelanggan, serta mampu menyajikan hasil analisis survei kepuasan pelanggan dalam bentuk visualisasi.

ABSTRACT

This research is motivated by the absence of a system capable of supporting the planning, management, and evaluation processes of events comprehensively at PT. Sindigilive Teknologi Kreatif, as well as the company's difficulties in managing customer data and analyzing feedback to measure customer satisfaction levels. The objective of this study is to develop a customer event management information system that supports all stages of event implementation in an integrated manner, while also providing features for managing customer data and systematically analyzing feedback to measure customer satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) metric. This research employs the Agile Software Development method with a Scrum approach. Testing results using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method indicate an acceptance rate of 85.5% from organizers and 82.0% from participants, both of which fall into the "very strong" category. This proves that the developed system successfully meets the company’s needs in managing events and customer data, and is capable of presenting customer satisfaction survey analysis results in visual form.
