SERENAI: CHATBOT AI TEMAN CURHAT VIRTUAL DI TELEGRAM UNTUK DUKUNGAN EMOSIONAL
ABSTRAK
Kesehatan mental remaja Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serius dengan lebih dari sepertiga remaja mengalami masalah kesehatan mental menurut survei nasional terbaru. Banyak individu enggan mencari dukungan karena takut membebani orang lain dan stigma negatif, sementara layanan konseling konvensional memiliki keterbatasan jadwal dan kekhawatiran privasi.
Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan chatbot AI bernama SerenAI di Telegram sebagai teman curhat virtual yang empatik, selalu tersedia dan anonim. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle dengan pendekatan prototipe, mengintegrasikan model AI Gemini untuk respons empatik dan model klasifikasi intent berbasis Multinomial Naïve Bayes.
Pengujian dilakukan melalui Black-box Testing, evaluasi kualitas percakapan berbasis skenario, dan User Acceptance Testing dengan tiga puluh lima responden. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mencapai akurasi klasifikasi intent sembilah puluh empat persen, kualitas percakapan mendekati sempurna, dan tingkat penerimaan pengguna tujuh puluh tujuh persen. SerenAI terbukti berhasil menyediakan ruang aman bagi pengguna untuk berbagi perasaan tanpa rasa takut dihakimi.

ABSTRACT
Indonesian adolescent mental health faces serious challenges with more than one third of adolescents experiencing mental health problems according to recent national surveys. Many individuals hesitate to seek support due to fear of burdening others and negative sigma, while conventional counseling services have limitations in schedulling and privacy concerns.
This research proposes developing an AI chatbot named SerenAI on Telegram as an empathetic, always available, and anonymous virtual confidant. System development employed System Development Life Cycle with prototype approach, integrating Gemini AI model for empathetic responses and Multinominal Naïve Bayes based intent classification model to understand user intentions.
Testing was conducted through Black-box Testing, scenario based conversation quality evalutions, and User Acceptance Testing with thirty four respondents. Result show the system achieved ninety seven persent intent classification accuracy, near perfect conversation quality, and seventy seven percent user acceptance rate. SerenAI successfully provides a safe space for users to share feelings without fear of judgment.
