ABSTRAK

Kesulitan dalam menentukan resep masakan berdasarkan bahan yang tersedia menjadi tantangan umum di tingkat rumah tangga, yang berujung pada pemanfaatan bahan tidak optimal dan menu monoton. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah Virtual Assistant Chef berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) yang diintegrasikan dengan API Gemini sebagai solusi interaktif dan personal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, dan pengujian. Pengujian fungsionalitas dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box, sementara tingkat penerimaan pengguna diukur melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem berhasil dibangun dan memperoleh rata-rata tingkat penerimaan sebesar 60%. Aspek kemudahan antarmuka menjadi keunggulan utama sistem dengan skor 64%, sementara kejelasan langkah memasak teridentifikasi sebagai area yang memerlukan penyempurnaan lebih lanjut dengan skor terendah 57%.

ABSTRACT

Difficulty in determining recipes based on available ingredients is a common household challenge, leading to suboptimal ingredient utilization and monotonous menus. To address this issue, this research develops an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Virtual Assistant Chef integrated with the API Gemini as an interactive and personal solution. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, development, and testing. Functional testing was conducted using the black-box method, while the user acceptance level was measured through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents. The test results show that the system was successfully built and obtained an average user acceptance rate of 60%. The ease of the user interface was the main advantage of the system with a score of 64%, while the clarity of the cooking steps was identified as an area requiring further improvement with the lowest score of 57%.
